About This Role

The Server ensures all guests receive prompt and friendly service at Sauced BBQ & Spirits. This role involves describing menu items, assisting with food and beverage selections, taking orders, delivering items, and processing payments to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests are provided with prompt and friendly service
• Describe menu items and assist guests in making food and beverage selections
• Take and ring in orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Process payments efficiently
• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
• Ability to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• One year experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
