About This Role

Serve meals to members and guests in the Carolina Dining Room, ensuring timely, friendly, and professional service while maintaining accurate order relay and financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, and wines
• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars
• Perform assigned side work and stock credenzas to SOP
• Greet members/guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner, using their name
• Efficiently deliver and serve food and/or beverage orders
• Ensure station is restocked for the next meal
• Responsible for the financial accounting of each station according to established procedures
• Use the Infogenesis system properly
• Respond to and inform supervisor of any member/guest questions, complaints, suggestions or maintenance issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 months related experience or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Minimum of 3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
