About This Role

This role involves providing dining and table services to residents and guests in a senior living community, ensuring proper dining set-up, meal service, and dining room cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas
• Properly set up dining areas
• Provide meal and dining services
• Clean dining rooms
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Understanding of infection control procedures
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress
• Competent in time management / organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living
