About This Role

As a dine-in Server, this role is a core team member responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations while guiding them through their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations
• Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer questions
• Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
• Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
• Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
