About This Role

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service to customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. This role focuses on exceeding customer expectations through extensive menu knowledge and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to preferences
• Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards
• Check orders for accuracy and review them with guests prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction
• Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
