About This Role

As a Server, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences. This role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction with accurate orders, and contributing to a positive team environment at Outback Steakhouse.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preference
• Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards
• Check orders for accuracy and review those orders with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction
• Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages
• Ensure every opportunity to wow a customer is completed
• Comply with safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
