As a Server, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly and attentive service tailored to their preferences. You will ensure an AUS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, making each guest’s day better.
Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to the customer’s preference
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, and be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
- Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards
- Check orders for accuracy and review those orders with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction
- Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
- Comply with safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training)
