About This Role

Serve meals and provide exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests in a senior living community as a Wait Staff/Server or Coffee Shop Server.

Responsibilities

• Take residents' orders and serve meals in a timely manner as a Wait Staff/Server
• Be knowledgeable about daily specials and desserts to assist residents with selections
• Keep dining room and service area clean and welcoming
• Prepare for special functions and events
• Provide excellent service and attend to additional requests from residents
• Maintain a neat appearance in regulation uniform
• Set up the Coffee Shop and create a delightful ambiance
• Keep the coffee shop fully stocked and impeccably clean during service
• Wash and maintain all coffee shop dishware and utensils
• Break down the coffee shop and keep counters clean
• Arrange flowers and wash/fold linen when needed
