About This Role

Serve guests at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, ensuring a perfect dining experience through excellent customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities include greeting guests, menu assistance, order taking, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Offer menu assistance and present daily specials
• Answer guests' questions regarding ingredients and menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables
• Ensure guests' meals and overall experience are enjoyable
• Process cash and credit card payments efficiently
• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and side work duties
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Report thoroughly to management on daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant (preferred)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid alcohol certification
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
