Serve guests at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, ensuring a perfect dining experience through excellent customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities include greeting guests, menu assistance, order taking, and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Offer menu assistance and present daily specials
- Answer guests' questions regarding ingredients and menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables
- Ensure guests' meals and overall experience are enjoyable
- Process cash and credit card payments efficiently
- Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and side work duties
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Report thoroughly to management on daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant (preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid alcohol certification
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
