About This Role

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and/or beverages, including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Check station for proper set-up and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts
• Greet guests courteously and explain specials or promotions
• Take orders and accurately input them into the Point of Sale system
• Retrieve and deliver orders to guests, confirming accuracy and ensuring satisfaction
• Abide by all state and federal regulations, and restaurant liquor policies regarding alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
