Barcadia is seeking a part-time Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to all health and liquor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
- Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Greet guests, explain specials and promotions
- Input orders into the Point of Sale system
- Retrieve, confirm accuracy, and deliver orders to guests
- Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout meal service
- Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding alcoholic beverages
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
