About This Role

This role involves providing food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to health and alcoholic beverage regulations within a bar and grill setting.

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests courteously and explain specials or promotions
• Input orders into the Point of Sale system
• Retrieve and confirm accuracy of orders from the kitchen before delivery
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
