About This Role

Provide comprehensive food and beverage service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to all regulations for a bar and grill.

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage, including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions
• Take orders and input them into Point of Sale system
• Retrieve and deliver accurate orders from the kitchen to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Nice to Have

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
