About This Role

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring order accuracy, timely delivery, and a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all food and liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage, including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests, explain specials and promotions
• Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale system
• Retrieve accurate orders and deliver them to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience is preferred.
