About This Role

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations for alcoholic beverages. You will take orders, deliver items, and confirm guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage, including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions
• Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale computer
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred
