About This Role

This role is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. It involves taking orders, delivering items, and adhering to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery, and clearing of items
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and promotions
• Take orders and input into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen
• Retrieve order from kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
