About This Role

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction while adhering to all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery, and clearing items
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and promotions
• Input orders into Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen
• Retrieve and confirm accuracy of orders from the kitchen and deliver to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
