About This Role

Provide professional and engaging food and beverage service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to all regulations. Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery and clearing
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, explaining specials or promotions
• Take and input orders into the Point of Sale system
• Retrieve and deliver accurate orders to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
