About This Role

Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and adhering to all regulations regarding alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions
• Input orders into the Point of Sale computer
• Retrieve and deliver accurate orders from the kitchen to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations, and restaurant liquor policies regarding alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
