Senior Treasury Settlements Analyst – Regulatory Change

About This Role

This role supports a critical regulatory change in the US Treasury trading landscape, focusing on SEC-mandated central clearing. The analyst will ensure compliance with new rules and support the New York Securities Settlements team as a key stakeholder.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings
• Help gather and document project requirements
• Assist in test case design
• Assist in IST and UAT
• Work with stakeholders from operations, business lines, compliance, legal, and project governance team
• Potentially attend industry sessions/updates
• Project implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Fed Eligible Settlements
• 3+ years of experience with IMPACT, ADP, and/or BNY Treasury Edge
• Previous experience in settlements operational related project (testing/managing)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with Fed Eligible Settlements

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a Fed treasury settlement role
