Senior Tax Accountant

About This Role

Manage tax preparation and related accounting for a small, defined client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held entities, emphasizing accuracy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual returns (1040s) for high-net-worth individuals and family groups
• Process income streams including W-2, brokerage, investment activity, and pass-through entities
• Prepare Partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp returns (1120s)
• Handle quarterly estimates, projections, and 1099s
• Provide accounting and tax support for several closely held operating entities

Requirements

• CPA required
• Strong experience with individual taxation and closely held entities
• Comfortable working independently with limited oversight
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A true self-starter who doesn’t need constant feedback or structure

Qualifications

• Strong experience with individual taxation and closely held entities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage is a plus
