Senior Recruiter - Accounting & Finance Division

About This Role

Join a high-performance recruiting team focusing on professional accounting and finance placements in Philadelphia, handling both contract and direct hire roles. This role involves building candidate relationships, understanding client needs, and excelling in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build professional relationships with passive and active candidates for professional level accounting & finance opportunities.
• Effectively learn firstPRO clients, position descriptions, and specific requirements to perform in-depth needs analysis.
• Successfully work within a high-performance team model.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of corporate Accounting & Finance organizational structures and responsibilities.
• Develop as a subject matter industry expert on market demographics and hiring trends.
• Assist/advise with interviews, interview preparation, debriefs, and negotiations.
• Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with candidates using market APS/CRM, social media tools, and professional networking.
• Conduct monthly to quarterly performance reviews with Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Leadership.
• Meet weekly activity standards and follow company internal reporting processes.
• Utilize excellent written communication skills to represent candidates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience in the Staffing or Recruiting industry
• World-class communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• Contagiously positive, self-starter attitude
• Desire to achieve goals and excel in a highly collaborative team environment
• Competitive by nature, career driven

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from competitive university a plus
• 2 or more years of recent experience in the Staffing or Recruiting industry.
