Senior Property Manager

About This Role

The Sr. Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties across the East Region, ensuring operational excellence, managing capital improvements, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. This role works directly with ownership and leads a small team to achieve high company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an industrial portfolio, including maintenance, vendor management, capital improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with lease terms, insurance requirements, lender obligations, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and modifications in1 line with lease agreements.
• Supervise capital projects and deferred maintenance initiatives from inception to completion.
• Develop, review, and manage annual operating budgets, reforecasts, and expense reconciliations.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and accruals for accounting.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively building rapport with tenants and addressing concerns promptly.
• Directly supervise and mentor Assistant Property Manager and Property Administrator.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years of experience in property management
• Strong financial skills: budgeting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Proficient knowledge of industrial leases and related operational requirements
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably with industrial assets.
