About This Role

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Java applications, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices while implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Java applications, from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• Convert high level requirements to solution design
• Guide architectural decisions, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices for Java/Spring/Microservices
• Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum practices, manage sprints, and track project metrics

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Application development technical project management
• 12+ years experience in solution architecture
• Java experience
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Python
• Solution design and architecture experience
• Experience with Oracle/MongoDB

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Application development technical project management, solution architecture
