Senior Project Manager

About This Role

Lead and facilitate project planning for world-class smart robotic automation solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and managing customer relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project planning to ensure clear scope and objectives.
• Work closely with project teams to drive execution and collaboration.
• Influence and manage stakeholders to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
• Deliver world-class smart robotic automation solutions.
• Review designs and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues on the shop floor.
• Liaise and negotiate with customers to align expectations and resolve challenges.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
• Celebrate team achievements and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Adapt to client-focused demands, including occasional weekend or after-hours work.

Requirements

• Firsthand experience designing, building, and/or commissioning industrial automation systems
• Track record of leading a team in successful projects or key deliverables
• Ability to motivate teams and remove project roadblocks
• Expert level of professionalism, leadership, and emotional intelligence
• High attention to detail with ability to recognize customer's key requirements

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of automation/manufacturing fundamentals
• Proven leadership with successful project portfolio
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and workload forecasting for multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Project, and project management tools
• Skilled in project management methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement and relationship building
