Senior Project Manager

About This Role

Lead large capital projects ($100M+) from pre-construction through closeout, focusing on financial accuracy, schedule adherence, and construction quality for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of utility-scale projects from "cradle to grave"
• Ensure financial accuracy, schedule adherence, and construction quality
• Serve as a "Supervisor of Supervisors" leading construction managers, superintendents, and engineers
• Own the project budget entirely and be an expert in forecasting, EAC, and cost-to-complete analysis
• Manage teams through tough situations, maintaining culture and a "boots-on-the-ground" presence
• Proactively identify risks and find value-engineering opportunities to save cost and improve delivery

Requirements

• Successfully delivered a capital project valued at minimum $100M from start to finish
• Deep experience in heavy industrial EPC, Power Plants, or Natural Gas
• Proven ability to manage complex project financials, specifically forecasting and cost controls during active construction
• Willingness to travel 50%+ to project sites
