This role involves managing multiple large-scale enterprise projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing project execution from planning to final deliverables. The Senior Project Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion
- Oversee large enterprise-type projects involving multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans
- Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals
- Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders
- Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level Project Managers
