Senior Program Manager, Tech- Gen AI Data Collections

About This Role

Drive complex, multi-country data collection programs end-to-end to power the next generation of AI. Translate client requirements into executable plans, manage operational bottlenecks, ensure data quality and compliance, and maintain stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate client SOWs into executable programs (scope, timelines, budgets, workforce model, quality control frameworks)
• Solve operational bottlenecks in real time, including participant churn, equipment issues, location access, or low-quality submissions
• Ensure data meets specifications, passes rejection thresholds, and complies with privacy/consent/data protection laws globally
• Act as the program point of contact with clients, internal teams, and external vendors
• Provide progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
• Monitor collection KPIs via dashboards, identify issues early, and drive corrective action
• Codify learnings into playbooks and SOPs for repeatability and faster future deployments

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in program management or operations
• Proven track record managing large-scale distributed programs in data, logistics, field operations, or crowdsourcing
• Planning, governance, and risk management skills
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with all levels, including executives and field contributors
• Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and root-cause analysis
• Hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates bias for action, resilience under pressure, ability to work across cultures/geographies

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in program management or operations

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML data programs, sensors, or field data collection
• Multi-country operations experience, especially in emerging markets
• Fluency in more than one language
• Startup experience or top-tier consulting experience
