Senior Product Owner

About This Role

This Senior Digital Product Owner serves as a critical link between product strategy and development execution, owning and managing the product backlog. They will collaborate with development teams, prioritize business needs, and ensure successful delivery of sprints to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to align backlog prioritization with strategic goals
• Break down epics into user stories, arrange and prioritize sprints, and define team goals
• Provide demonstrations to business and technical stakeholders at sprint conclusions
• Actively participate in evaluating development stages and addressing development queries
• Work in tandem with product managers to refine the product roadmap
• Manage operational issues through daily triage and collaborate on trade-off decisions
• Conduct market research and leverage data for insights to recommend product strategies
• Oversee multiple initiatives at various development stages and represent customer/stakeholder needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in enabling digital processes
• Minimum 5 years experience executing strategic roadmaps
• Minimum 5 years experience operating within an agile scrum environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in enabling digital processes, executing strategic roadmaps, and operating within an agile scrum environment
