As a Senior Product Manager for Uber Pro, you will be instrumental in shaping the worldwide reward system for Uber drivers. Your role will involve identifying, launching, and tuning requirements for drivers to achieve valuable financial and third-party rewards, ultimately enhancing the rider experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify levers using data, research, and local teams to maximize driver success and business value globally
- Guide expansion and tuning of Uber Pro updates as they scale internationally
- Work closely with teams across Uber including Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy
- Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes
- Partner closely with other Loyalty teams on the loyalty tech platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with design on complex UI challenges
- Experience building consumer products, delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products
- Experience using data to drive strategic decisions, experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with reward systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience building consumer products, delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products. Experience using data to drive strategic decisions, experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Experience reward systems.
