Senior Producer

About This Role

Lead and manage video projects from concept to completion, maintaining high production value and collaborating with a talented team of production professionals. This role involves incorporating the unique patient/caregiver experience into client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of at least one producer or associate producer
• Collaborate with in-house production team to concept, plan, and execute productions
• Work with account teams to determine video needs, create proposals, and present concepts to clients
• Responsible for hiring and managing vendors needed for production
• Conceptualize, plan, develop, prioritize, and implement video production schedules, including call sheets and budget management
• Supervise all aspects of pre-production and post-production
• Write shooting scripts and/or prepare storyboards based on approved creative treatment
• Obtain locations, props, and wardrobe
• Maintain departmental workflow processes and standard operating procedures
• Conduct pre-interviews with patients, HCPs, and subject matter experts
• Review footage, write editing scripts, and supervise editing to adhere to brand standards and meet constraints
• Effectively direct projects and lead the team while on set
• Interview and direct/coach talent during shoots

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of video project process from concept to completion
• Expert at conducting high-level interviews
• Extensive experience writing scripts, concepts, and treatments
• Proficient with Mac productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with a major course of study in Media/Video Production or related field
• Six years production experience at an agency, production house, or news station
