This role involves working as a Senior Oracle EBS specialist, responsible for managing major initiatives and system enhancements across various Oracle E-Business Suite modules. The position requires liaison between IT and the user community, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving Service Requests with Oracle Support.
Responsibilities
- Manage major initiatives and system enhancements
- Serve as liaison between the IT department and user community
- Resolve technical issues and manage Service Requests (SRS) with Oracle Support
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle Applications Suite
- Proficient in 3 or more Oracle E-Business Suite modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Oracle Grants Accounting, Oracle Property Manager, Order Management)
- Experience managing major initiatives and system enhancements
- Ability to serve as liaison between the IT department and user community
- Working knowledge of encumbrance accounting
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues and manage Service Requests (SRS) with Oracle Support
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting
