This role involves leading end-to-end network architecture strategy and designing resilient, scalable network solutions that integrate on-premise and cloud-native platforms, supporting enterprise modernization efforts within high-security environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end network architecture strategy across multi-domain environments
- Design resilient, scalable network solutions integrating on-prem and cloud-native platforms
- Align network infrastructure with enterprise modernization and security mandates
- Provide technical oversight through planning and implementation
- Shape future-state network evolution, including hybrid and virtual transitions
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for business development and proposal efforts
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in network design, including WAN, LAN, and hybrid cloud integrations
- Deep understanding of routing/switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), network segmentation, and encrypted transport mechanisms
- Strong experience with enterprise-grade networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)
- Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) solutions
- Prior exposure to secure agency environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science)
- 10+ years of experience in network design, including WAN, LAN, and hybrid cloud integrations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Nutanix solutions
