Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies, serving as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure marketing investment on high-value opportunities. Own the performance of the marketing strategy, establishing success metrics and adjusting approaches based on data-driven insights. Guide and enable marketing teams by setting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment to a unified strategy while empowering execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that directly support business priorities
- Translate marketing strategies into clear marketing direction and measurable outcomes
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders to align priorities and influence decision-making
- Ensure marketing investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities
- Own performance of the marketing strategy, establishing success metrics and monitoring progress
- Proactively adjust approach based on business impact, market dynamics, and data-driven insights
- Guide and enable marketing teams by setting strategic priorities and providing clarity on goals and expectations
- Ensure teams are aligned to a unified strategy while empowering execution leaders to deliver
- Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive trends to develop strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional planning and orchestration, ensuring marketing strategy is tightly integrated with broader corporate initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, strategy, or related business roles
- Experience leading strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in complex or matrixed organizations
- Proven experience developing and owning marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and advisory capability
- Experience guiding teams, setting strategic direction and driving alignment across functional teams
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to define success metrics, interpret performance and translate insights into strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, strategy, or related business roles, including experience leading strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in complex or matrixed organizations
