Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Manager for Labor & Delivery at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA. This leadership role involves overseeing quality, finance, staffing, and patient/caregiver experience within the Women & Children’s Services department, which handles 500-550 births/month.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of quality, finance, staffing, and patient/caregiver experience
- Partnership with L&D and Women & Children’s leadership teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Manager or equivalent
- Acute care nursing background
- Washington RN License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Manager or equivalent, with acute care nursing background
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in a unionized healthcare environment
