Senior Manager, Implementation

About This Role

The Senior Manager, Implementation will lead a team responsible for the successful onboarding and deployment of Radicle Health's human services software solutions for new customers. This role involves partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage 5-10 Implementation team members, ensuring high performance and meeting team objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding and implementation process, including resource allocation and successful deployment of solutions on time and within scope.
• Continuously assess and refine the implementation process for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with client needs.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment during implementation.
• Act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues, ensuring quick resolution and high client satisfaction.
• Ensure clients are fully satisfied with the implementation process, conducting regular check-ins and achieving a smooth transition to using Radicle Health's solutions effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting
• 5+ years of managing complex software implementation projects
• 3+ years of experience as a people leader
• Proven expertise in project management and the software implementation life-cycle
• Demonstrated ability to establish high levels of trust and strong engagement with executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting, ideally in enterprise SaaS, including 5+ years of managing complex software implementation projects and 3+ years as a people leader.
