Senior Landscape Architect

About This Role

The Senior Landscape Architect will lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to construction, ensuring high-quality design and managing client relationships. This role involves overseeing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with various teams, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects through all phases, including concept design, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Prepare and oversee production of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship building
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level landscape architects and designers
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain Florida licensure)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
