Act as a liaison between corporate Information Services and Operation offices, building positive relationships and advocating for customer needs. Provide quality technical support for IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and various employee training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between corporate Information Services and Operation offices
- Build positive and productive relationships with executives and customers by establishing trust and responsiveness
- Accurately represent customer needs and requirements to appropriate support teams
- Establish professional credibility by ensuring follow-through on commitments and deadlines
- Provide quality technical support for employee PC hardware and software
- Offer end-user guidance in desktop software tools
- Administer telephone systems
- Interface with 3rd party technology vendors and service providers
- Develop localized applications/tools for process efficiency in FM Operations locations
Requirements
- 2+ years in information technology or related field supporting C-Suite Level executives
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed and effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment and balance conflicting priorities
- Ability to determine priorities, develop local strategies/procedures, and manage small localized projects
- Well-developed presentation skills for IT training programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge in supporting a Windows based client computing environment
- Ability to install and configure laptop, desktop, server computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Broad knowledge of telecommunications, network, and desktop computing
- Significant user support experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Well-developed hardware troubleshooting skills in a managed computing environment (e.g., Active Directory)
- Ability to work with corporate and/or international IT staff to ensure a stable working environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical discipline; CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) certification, or appropriate industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience in information technology or a related field with direct experience supporting C-Suite Level executives.
