Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About This Role

This role involves leading full-stack development initiatives for SaaS applications, focusing on AI/ML integrations and secure software engineering, empowering enterprise clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend algorithms to process articles and integrate with LLMs for predictive text generation
• Build APIs and services to manage and scale the application's content workflow
• Create secure PDF upload workflows with encryption and integrate authentication mechanisms like Okta
• Enable data recovery, auditing capabilities, and enterprise-grade administrative tools
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize models such as OCR and generative AI-based solutions
• Implement RAG use cases using vector databases and data embedding techniques
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and formal release structures for software delivery
• Conduct security evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and optimize performance across AI-driven SaaS applications
• Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications leveraging company-specific datasets and AI technologies
• Support the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions, including internal AI models and custom LLMs

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience
• Experience in designing secure systems, including encryption and document protection
• Hands-on expertise integrating generative AI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face) into SaaS applications
• Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding pipelines
• Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build workflows for enterprise clients
• Frontend development experience in modern frameworks (React, Vue)

Nice to Have

• Computer vision and OCR expertise
• Experience with authentication systems (Okta) and enterprise administrative tools
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure release management
• Background in security evaluations and vulnerability assessments
