Serve as a Senior Financial Analyst with real estate industry experience in the asset management division of a real estate company. This contract role in Dallas, TX requires expertise in Yardi, Argus, and real estate underwriting to support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, reporting, cash management, loan covenants, models, and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Review and sign off on acquisition models before due diligence expiration
- Upload assumptions and cash flows, benchmark metrics, and review lease agreements for acquisitions
- Lead disposition analysis, present recommendations, and assess loan ramifications
- Track lease activity, benchmark against budgets, review lease agreements, and update Yardi/database
- Prepare scorecards, analyze variances, track TI/LC/CapEx, and manage committed equity for reporting
- Liaise with accounting on contributions/distributions, capital calls, and loan draws for cash management
- Monitor loan tests, cash traps, and loan implications for sales related to loan covenants
- Review and reconcile quarterly models, run planning processes, and support Argus
- Develop and reforecast budgets with stakeholders
