Lead the full development lifecycle of high-frequency drives and advanced motor control systems for critical nuclear energy technology, from initial simulation to physical prototyping and validation.
Responsibilities
- Design and simulate complex analog and digital circuits using Altium and PSpice/LTspice
- Build and fabricate designs from Analog Devices components to copper board layout
- Lead board-level testing and final system validation for high-reliability performance
- Innovate with TCAD for device-level modeling
- Automate testing and refine user interfaces for motor controls using Python
Requirements
- Deep experience in High-Frequency Drives
- Deep experience in Analog-to-Digital board design
- Deep experience in motor engineering
- Proficiency in Altium Designer
- Proficiency in KiCad
- Proficiency in simulation suites (PSpice/LTspice)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is highly preferred
- Deep experience in High-Frequency Drives, Analog-to-Digital board design, and motor engineering

- Backgrounds from ORNL (Oak Ridge National Lab)
- Backgrounds from EPRI
- Backgrounds from high-intensity Military Electronics/Avionics roles
