This role will lead the strategy and execution for the Sales team, focusing on data-driven decision making to optimize operational efficiencies, sales conversion, and effectiveness. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, recommend system optimizations, and manage team performance based on KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales and Retention teams of 150 agents, including onshore and BPO
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support Sales and Retention teams
- Create KPIs, metrics and regular reporting to identify top opportunities to improve sales performance and monitor changes
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure agents have tools and technology to deliver a best-in-class experience to customers
- Lead and mentor team members to evaluate sales performance focusing on conversion and revenue per customer
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance and other teams to align Sales incentives with company KPIs and ensure sales execution is aligned with company priorities
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies
- Own regular performance reports to Executive team – in the form of weekly and monthly business reviews
- Lead the team to deliver actionable and insightful analyses to the leadership team that results in clear project plans and initiatives to drive measurable results
- Develop and implement new reporting tools and dashboards, while guiding process documentation and redesign efforts
Requirements
- 8+ years leading sales and/or sales operations including Employee and BPO
- 5+ years experience working within data, analytics, Finance or consulting roles
- 5+ years of direct people management experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years leading sales and/or sales operations, 5+ years experience in data, analytics, Finance or consulting roles, 5+ years of direct people management experience
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
