This role involves owning and growing strategic industrial accounts by building and maintaining deep relationships with clients. The Senior Director will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions, and drive long-term growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic Industrial accounts
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders at engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions
- Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies
- Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of account management business development experience
- 5+ years in the Industrial industry
- Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts
- Excellent client facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
