About This Role

This role involves executing and optimizing Layton's social media and digital presence, managing content calendars, and developing paid campaigns to enhance the company's digital reputation and engagement. The coordinator will analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
  • Identify content series opportunities and recommend campaign ideas for engagement
  • Maintain master content calendar and coordinate with various internal teams
  • Manage corporate social media accounts with daily posting, optimizing for reach
  • Coordinate and write engaging captions, adapting content for platform-specific audiences
  • Ensure all social content is error-free and manage approval workflows
  • Develop and manage paid social campaigns within budget on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Partner with HR to create paid recruiting campaigns targeting talent
  • Manage website content updates, including project pages, news, and blog posts
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics 4
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports on digital marketing growth, engagement, and ROI
  • Collaborate with Communications, Engagement, Creative Services, Pursuit, and HR teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field
  • Experience managing editorial/content calendars (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
  • Track record managing corporate social media accounts with demonstrated audience growth and engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and platform-specific optimization
  • Familiarity with how AI-powered search is changing content discovery and SEO strategy
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and SEO principles
  • Experience with website content management
  • Experience developing and managing paid social advertising campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to craft engaging content for different platforms and audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field

  • B2B marketing experience
  • Construction, architecture, engineering, or technical industry experience
  • Agency or in-house marketing experience
  • Familiarity with creative workflow tools (e.g., Lytho)
  • Understanding of AI search optimization
  • Experience with Bitly, Dealerfront, or similar tracking/analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
  • Video editing or content creation experience
  • Understanding of LinkedIn for business development and thought leadership
