Senior Consultant, Power, Renewables & Energy Transition | Corporate Finance & Restructuring

About This Role

This role involves preparing and managing financial analysis, models, written reports, and presentations for clients in the power, renewables, and energy transition sectors. Senior Consultants will be responsible for research, quantitative analysis, and reporting findings clearly, while potentially managing junior colleagues and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial analysis and models
• Prepare formal written reports and presentations
• Take responsibility for research and information gathering
• Carry out quantitative, industry, and market analysis
• Report findings internally and to clients in a clear, concise, and structured way
• Manage the output of more junior colleagues
• Liaise with clients as necessary
• Develop approaches to solve complex, unstructured problems logically

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any related business field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience
• Ability to travel to clients and to FTI offices as needed

Nice to Have

• Meaningful experience in financial statement analysis and financial modelling (e.g., 3-statement, 13-week cash flow, DCF, etc.)
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience writing formal reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environment
