The Senior CI Analyst (CVA Analyst) will serve a federal government client by performing in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues, while also reviewing analytic products for quality and rigor.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of labor category activities to meet mission requirements
- Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in tradecraft
- Define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments
- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely test analytic rigor
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of labor category activities
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
- Ability to define comprehensive research approaches
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to review analytic products for rigor
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
