Senior Catering Cook

About This Role

As a Senior Catering Cook, you will prepare, portion, and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods and special events. This role involves following complex recipes, producing small to large batch goods, and potentially overseeing production staff.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
• Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
• Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
• May have oversight over production staff and assign tasks

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
