Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (NCA)

About This Role

This role supports the North and Central America region's reporting and analysis process for freight and logistics. The analyst will prepare forecasts, monthly reports, and provide ad-hoc analysis, while acting as a liaison with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to meet deadlines and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual freight and logistics forecast for NCA
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual freight and logistics reporting and variance analysis
• Provide support for ad-hoc freight and logistics reporting and analysis inquiries
• Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement teams for accurate budgeting and reporting of costs
• Assist the Manager of Financial Analysis in balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
• Combine and validate data from multiple sources for financial forecasting and reporting
• Report results to Supply Chain and Procurement and identify opportunities or risks
• Maintain working relationships with Accounting and Supply Chain teams for accurate accounting treatment
• Standard report distribution and financial analysis to BPNCA leadership team
• Develop financial and non-financial reports/dashboards and financial models

Requirements

• 3-7 years job-related experience
• Analytical ability with financial performance results and drivers
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or work-related experience
• 3 to 7 years of job related experience

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Economic Value Added (EVA), business and economic principles and practices, financial modeling, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Hyperion Financial tools (HFM, Essbase, Planning, etc.)
