Senior Algorithm Engineer

About This Role

As a Senior Algorithm Engineer, you will update and develop test and calibration algorithms and tooling for various sensors in customer products. This role involves fast debugging, creating calibration algorithms for diverse sensors, and developing and documenting an SW framework for visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of algorithms for new projects
• Fast debugging and triage of issues
• Develop calibration algorithms for sensors including ALS, Health, Prox
• Add unit and integration tests for new algorithms
• Development of SW framework for visualisation tools
• Document the framework and creation of tutorials for onboarding

Requirements

• Python3, OpenCV, pandas, numpy
• Hands-on experience in SW development (signal processing, computer vision), robotics or equivalent
• Ability to prototype algorithms in C++, Python, including initial data analysis to discover trends that need to be captured
• Good fundamental knowledge and problem solving skills in engineering
