This role involves assisting registered nurses in providing quality patient care within an obstetrics setting. The successful candidate will perform surgical scrubbing, maintain supplies in labor and delivery rooms, and manage clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in providing quality patient care
- Perform surgical scrub for obstetrical deliveries and emergencies
- Maintain supplies in Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) rooms and surgical suites
- Perform other identified patient care duties within scope
- Perform clerical duties
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- BLS certification
- Knowledge of body mechanics and basic safety principles of physical care
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
